View A Journal Entry

The system always creates an automated journal entry at the back of the system for you once you confirm the document. Hence, you don’t need to do it. When you move the document to “Draft”, those journal entries are removed.

In the event that you want to review these journal entries, there are 2 ways you can view them.

  1. Go to: Main Menu > Accounting > Other > Journal Entry, here you can see the list of journal entries that is posted in the system.
  2. Go directly to the relevant activity to view it (as shown below)
