Organising Your Contacts

This section explains how to you can organise your contacts easily. By default, the system allows you to organise it by

Organising by Category

Step 1: Go to: Main Menu  >  Contacts  >  Settings  >  Contact Category  >  + New Contact Category 
Step 2: Fill in the relevant information.

Fill in the relevant information.

“General” Tab

Brief explanation:

  1. Category Name: Give a suitable name for the category.
  2. Category Code: Give a code for the category.
  3. Parent: Choose the existing category if this is relevant. Always create parents before children category.
  4. Description: It is advisable to describe the way of categorization being done.

After filling in the relevant information, select “Save”

Organising by Group

Step 1: Go to: Main Menu  >  Contacts  >  Settings  >  Contact Category  >  + New Contact Group

  1. Group Name: Give a suitable name for the group.
  2. Description:It is advisable to describe the way of categorization being done
